Getting help

Most answers are already here in the docs. For anything serious, email us and we’ll help you sort it out.

Start with the docs

For small things, like how to set something up or what a number means, the docs are the quickest way to an answer.

  • Press ⌘K (Ctrl K on Windows) or click Search... at the top to search every page.
  • Use the tabs at the top to move between Guides, Integrations, Developers and Account & Billing.
  • Many pages end with FAQs that answer the questions people ask most.

Emailing us

For anything serious, email imbramwdev@gmail.com. It comes straight to the people who build Link Studio.

When to email us

Email us when something is wrong and the docs don’t fix it. For example:

  • You can’t sign in, or you’ve lost access to a workspace.
  • You were charged when you didn’t expect it, or a plan change didn’t go through.
  • Your links stopped working, or your own domain won’t verify.
  • Clicks, visits or sales are missing or look wrong, and Page tracking didn’t help.
  • You think someone else got into your account, or your data isn’t safe.

What to include

A few details help us fix it on the first reply:

  • The name of your workspace.
  • What you were doing, and what happened instead.
  • The link, page or integration it’s about.
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if you can.

Priority support

Ultra plans include priority support, so their emails are answered first. Compare plans in Plans and limits.

FAQs

Does Link Studio have live chat or phone support?

No, not at the moment. Email imbramwdev@gmail.com to reach the people who build Link Studio. While you set up a workspace, the last setup screen also has a Support row where you can message the team.

How do I report a bug in Link Studio?

Email the Link Studio team what you did, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.

Can I request a feature in Link Studio?

Yes. Email the Link Studio team what you’d like and what it would help you do.

What if my team needs more than the Link Studio Ultra plan?

Email the Link Studio team and tell us what your team needs. Ultra already has unlimited links, workspaces and teammates, so we’ll set up a plan with the events you need.

Can I use Link Studio on my phone?

You can read the Link Studio website and these docs on your phone, but signing up, logging in and the app itself need a computer or an iPad. An iPhone app is coming soon. Your links, QR codes and tracking work on every device.
