Link Studio docs › Getting started

Creating your workspace

A workspace holds your links, your Board, your tracking and your team. You create your first one when you sign up.

Signing up

  1. Open Link Studio and click Sign up.
  2. Enter your email and a password, then click Sign up. Or use Sign up with Google or Sign up with Apple.
  3. If you used email, type the 6 digit code we send you.

See Signing up and logging in for more on codes and passwords.

Choosing a plan

Next, pick a plan. Starter is free, with no card: choose Start free and go straight on to your workspace. Growth paid monthly comes with a free month: you add your card, and you’re only charged when the month ends. Yearly plans, Pro and Ultra start straight away. Switch between Monthly and Yearly to compare prices.

Choosing a plan

For a paid plan, enter your card on the payment page. If you picked a paid plan on our website, you go straight to this page.

Setting up your profile

Once your payment goes through, tell us how your teammates should see you. If you signed up with Google or Apple, your name and picture are already filled in.

  1. Check Your name.
  2. Click Upload image to add a Profile picture, or Remove to clear it.
  3. Click Continue.

  1. Enter a Workspace name.
  2. Click Upload image to add a Workspace logo. A 160×160px image works best.
  3. Click Create workspace.

Connecting your AI agent

Next, you can connect Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, so you can make links and check results just by asking. It’s optional: click Skip for now and connect it later in Add-ons.

  1. Pick Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini at the top.
  2. Click Copy to copy your Link Studio link.
  3. Follow the steps on the card. The Open button takes you to the right page in your assistant.
  4. Click Allow when Link Studio asks. The card shows that your assistant is connected, and the button changes to Continue.

Connecting your AI agent

Using Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI instead? It’s one command:

  1. Switch the small toggle on the card to Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI.
  2. Click Copy and run the command once in your terminal. It adds Link Studio for every folder you work in.
  3. Start a new session in the tool. The card shows that it’s connected, like Claude Code is connected, and the button changes to Continue.

Finishing setup

The last screen has a short checklist you can finish right there:

  1. Click Invite next to Invite a teammate, type their email and click Invite. We email them an invite that works once, for that email, for 7 days.
  2. Click Go to your dashboard. Your invites are waiting for you in Members. Connect your domain in Domains, or ask your AI agent to do it.

If you connected an AI agent, it’s at the top of the checklist, like Claude connected or Claude Code connected.
