A funnel follows people through a few steps, like Homepage, Checkout and Purchase, and shows how many make it to the end.

Measuring a funnel

Funnels live in Analytics. Add a funnel panel and pick its steps.

To measure a funnel:

  1. Go to Analytics and click Customize analytics.
  2. Click Add panel and add Funnel under Activity.
  3. Click the new panel and set its steps, like a visit to Homepage, a visit to Checkout and Purchase.
  4. Click Done.

Reading the results

  • Each step shows how many people reached it and what share of the first step that is.
  • The top right shows the share of people who made it through every step.

FAQs

How do I build a conversion funnel in Link Studio?

In Link Studio, go to Analytics, click Customize analytics, then Add panel, and add Funnel. Click the panel to pick its steps. Each step shows how many people reached it.

Can I still see funnels I saved on my Board?

Yes. In Link Studio, click Customize analytics, then Add panel, and pick your saved funnel under From your Board.
