The Change your plan screen with Starter, Growth, Pro and Ultra
On Starter, click Upgrade and pick a paid plan to go to checkout.
Seeing your plan
Click your name, choose Account settings, then Billing. You see your plan, your next payment, your card and your past payments. Click Update payment method to change your card.
Cancelling
- Open Billing in your account settings.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm.
You can also choose Switch to Starter on the Change your plan screen.
If you own more workspaces than Starter includes, the dialog asks which one stays active. The others pause: their links keep working, they keep tracking for 7 days, and they wake up when you upgrade. Your choice stays until you change plan. To use a paused workspace again, upgrade.
FAQs
Can I undo cancelling my Link Studio plan?
Yes, until the period you paid for ends. In Link Studio, open Billing in your account settings and click Resume subscription.
Where are my Link Studio invoices?
In Link Studio, click your name, choose Account settings, then Billing. Past payments lists your recent payments, each linking to its invoice.
How do I get a paused Link Studio workspace back?
Upgrade to a plan with room for it, and Link Studio wakes paused workspaces up to the new plan’s limit. Deleting a workspace that’s still active also frees its place for a paused one.
Does deleting my Link Studio account cancel my plan?
Yes. If you’re on a paid plan, deleting your Link Studio account cancels it straight away, so you won’t be charged again. First remove everyone else from the workspaces you pay for, or delete them.
