Frequently asked questions
How much does each Link Studio plan cost?
Link Studio has a free plan and three paid plans. Starter is free, and the paid plans are Growth at $18 a month, Pro at $40 a month and Ultra at $120 a month. Paying yearly takes 20% off, so they come to $14, $32 and $96 a month, billed annually.
- Starter: free, with 1,000 tracked events a month and 5 links. No card needed.
- Growth: $18 a month, with 50,000 tracked events a month and 60 links. Your first month is free.
- Pro: $40 a month, with 500,000 tracked events a month and unlimited links.
- Ultra: $120 a month, with 2,500,000 tracked events a month and unlimited links, plus priority support.
The paid plans differ in how many events, links, workspaces and teammates they include, and Ultra adds priority support. One plan covers every workspace you own.
Does Link Studio have a free plan?
Yes. Starter is free, with no card and no time limit. It includes 5 links, 1,000 tracked events a month, 1 domain or app, 1 teammate, page tracking on one website or app with unlimited pages, and 1 workspace.
Starter QR codes carry the Link Studio logo, which can't be removed or replaced. Counting stops at exactly 1,000 events a month, with no extra room past the limit. Move to Growth for your own logo, more links and events, and 5 workspaces with 8 teammates per workspace.
Does Link Studio have a free trial?
Yes. Link Studio's Growth plan comes with a one month free trial when you pay monthly. You add a card when you start it, when you sign up or later from Starter, and nothing is charged until the free month ends. Pro and Ultra, and Growth paid yearly, don't include a free trial, so they're billed from the day you start.
The free month is once per person. If you've had a Link Studio subscription before, Growth is billed from the day you start.
Do I need a card for the Link Studio free trial?
Yes. Link Studio asks for a card when you start your free month on monthly Growth. It isn't charged during the free month. Once the month ends, your card is charged $18 a month for Growth. Starter doesn't need a card at all.
What happens when my Link Studio free month ends?
When your free month ends, Link Studio charges your card for Growth and everything you set up keeps running. If you need more events or links by then, move to Pro or Ultra.
If you cancel, or the payment doesn't go through, you move to Starter when the free month ends. Nothing is deleted: every link keeps working and stays in your account. Starter has 1 workspace with 1 teammate, so you choose what stays active and the rest pauses. You can't create more than 5 links, and tracking stops at 1,000 events a month.
Does Link Studio offer a discount on yearly plans?
Yes. Paying yearly takes 20% off every paid Link Studio plan and doubles its events and links. Workspaces and teammates stay the same. Yearly plans are billed from the day you start, without the free month, but if you switch to yearly during your free month you keep the free days you have left.
- Growth: $14 a month, billed annually, with 100,000 tracked events a month and 120 links.
- Pro: $32 a month, billed annually, with 1,000,000 tracked events a month and unlimited links.
- Ultra: $96 a month, billed annually, with 5,000,000 tracked events a month and unlimited links.
Which Link Studio plan is right for me?
Choose your Link Studio plan by how many events and links you need each month, and how many workspaces and teammates.
- Starter suits trying Link Studio on your first links, free, with up to 5 links and 1,000 events a month.
- Growth suits a first store, app or campaign, with up to 60 links, 50,000 events a month and 5 workspaces with 8 teammates per workspace.
- Pro suits growing brands with lots of ads and creators, with unlimited links, 500,000 events a month and 15 workspaces with 20 teammates per workspace.
- Ultra suits big brands and agencies, with 2,500,000 events a month, unlimited workspaces and teammates, and priority support.
Not sure yet? Take the free month on monthly Growth and see how many events your links bring in.
What counts as an event in Link Studio?
An event is one thing that happened in Link Studio: a click on one of your links, a page view or button click on your tracked site, or anything a connected tool sends in, like an order or a subscription. Each plan includes a number of events a month, from 1,000 on Starter to 2,500,000 on Ultra, shared by every workspace you own.
Do ads and creators count toward my Link Studio link limit?
Not when you add them under one of your links. Ask your AI assistant to add your ads or creators under a Link Studio link: only that link counts toward your plan, so even Starter's 5 links can carry as many ads and creators as you need. An ad or creator you make as a link of its own counts as one link.
What happens if I go over my Link Studio event limit?
Your Link Studio links keep working if you go over your events for the month. Paid plans keep counting another 2,000 events past their limit, then counting stops until the next month starts. To count more, move to a bigger plan, or pay yearly for double the events.
On Starter, counting stops at exactly 1,000 events, with no extra room past the limit.
Do all Link Studio plans include every feature?
Every paid Link Studio plan includes the live board, tracked links and QR codes with your own logo, funnels and goals, page tracking, unlimited custom domains, your team and the AI assistant connection. The paid plans differ in workspaces, teammates, events and links: Growth has 5 workspaces with 8 teammates per workspace, Pro has 15 workspaces with 20 teammates per workspace and Ultra has unlimited workspaces and teammates. One plan covers every workspace you own, and Ultra adds priority support.
Starter has the same board, links, funnels, goals and AI assistant connection, with page tracking on one website or app (unlimited pages), 1 domain or app, 1 teammate and the Link Studio logo on QR codes.
How many workspaces and teammates does each Link Studio plan include?
One Link Studio plan covers every workspace you own, and the people you invite work under it. You aren't counted as a teammate, but pending invites are.
- Starter: 1 workspace with 1 teammate.
- Growth: 5 workspaces with 8 teammates per workspace.
- Pro: 15 workspaces with 20 teammates per workspace.
- Ultra: unlimited workspaces and teammates.
Paying yearly doubles events and links, not workspaces or teammates.
Can I change my Link Studio plan at any time?
Yes. You can move up to a bigger Link Studio plan at any time. To move down, your links have to fit the smaller plan, so archive the extra ones first. If it has fewer workspaces or teammates, you choose what stays active, and that choice is final until you upgrade.
If you cancel a paid plan, it runs to the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Starter and make the same choice. Paused workspaces can be opened but not changed, their links keep working, and tracking carries on for 7 days. Teammates past the new limit lose access until there's room. Paused workspaces come back when you upgrade, or when you delete a workspace that's still active.
Can I cancel my Link Studio plan at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Account settings, under Billing. Your Link Studio plan keeps running to the end of the period you paid for, or to the end of your free month, and until then you can resume it from the same page. After that you move to Starter: you choose what stays active, everything else pauses, and every link keeps working.
Where do I find my Link Studio invoices or change my card?
In Link Studio, open Account settings and choose Billing. Past payments lists your recent invoices, each one linking to the full invoice, and Update payment method lets you change your card.
