# Managing workspaces

> Create, switch, rename and delete workspaces.

Use a separate workspace for each brand, store or client. Each one has its own links, Board, tracking and team.

## Creating and switching workspaces

Click your workspace name at the top of the sidebar. Pick a workspace from the list to switch to it, or click **Create workspace** to make a new one.

> **Note:** Your plan covers every workspace you own, so a new workspace goes straight to its name and logo. Starter includes 1 workspace, Growth includes 5 workspaces, Pro includes 15 workspaces and Ultra has no limit. Paused workspaces count too. See [Plans and limits](https://linkstudio.link/docs/plans-and-limits/).

## Renaming and changing the logo

1. Click your workspace name and choose **Settings**.
2. Under **General**, change the **Workspace name** or upload a **Workspace logo**.

The logo can be a PNG, JPG or WebP image up to 2 MB.

## Deleting a workspace

Only the owner can delete a workspace.

1. Open **Settings** and stay on **General**.
2. Scroll to **Delete workspace** and click **Delete workspace**.
3. Type the workspace name to confirm, then click **Delete workspace**.

> **Warning:** Deleting a workspace removes its links, Board and data. Short links from that workspace stop working.

## FAQs

### Can I have more than one Link Studio workspace?

Yes. One Link Studio plan covers every workspace you own, and their links and events share one allowance. Starter includes 1 workspace, Growth includes 5 workspaces, Pro includes 15 workspaces and Ultra has no limit.

### Can I move a Link Studio workspace to someone else?

No. The person who pays for a Link Studio workspace stays its owner, and it can’t be moved to another account. You can make teammates admins so they can run it day to day.

### Does deleting a Link Studio workspace give back events?

No. Events a workspace already used this month still count toward your Link Studio plan until the next month starts. Deleting a workspace you own does free its place, so a paused workspace can wake up.
