Connect Stripe to bring in your checkouts and payments and see which links make you money.

## What you can do

- See real revenue on your Board and in Analytics.
- Use checkout started and purchase as steps in your funnels.
- Rank your ads and creators by revenue.

## Before you begin

> **Tip:** Create a restricted API key in Stripe with read access to **Charges** and **Checkout Sessions**. Stripe explains how in [its guide to restricted keys](https://docs.stripe.com/keys#limit-access).

## Connecting Stripe

To connect Stripe:

1. Click **Add-ons** in the sidebar.
2. Find **Stripe** under **Connections** and click **Connect**.
3. Fill in the fields below.
4. Click **Connect**.

| Field | What to enter |
| --- | --- |
| Name | A name you will recognize, like Stripe. |
| Identity namespace | Your website or app, like yourshop.com. Use the same one for every tool that belongs to the same site or app. |
| Restricted API key | Your key, starting with rk_live_. |

Once connected, your whole history comes in, so your numbers fill in straight away. After that, Link Studio checks for new sales every few seconds while people are on your site, and once a minute when it’s quiet.

## Crediting sales to your links

For a sale to land on the right link, your checkout needs to pass along the visit. Open **Connect checkout to your funnel** in the Stripe connect form. It lists exactly what to add, and your developer or AI agent can set it up in a few minutes.

## Disconnecting Stripe

On the **Add-ons** page, click **Disconnect** on the Stripe card and confirm. Stripe stops syncing until you connect it again.
