# Managing links

> Edit, copy, duplicate, move and delete links.

Find any link fast, then edit it, copy it or tidy it away from the Links page.

## Finding a link

Use **Search** at the top of the list, or pick a folder on the left. Sort by **Newest**, **Oldest**, **Most clicks** or **Least clicks**.

Each link shows its folder, its short link with buttons to copy it and open its QR code, where it goes, who made it, the day it was made and all its clicks so far.

Click a link to see its clicks on a small chart. Pick **Today**, **Yesterday**, **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days** or **All time**. Each one shows the change from the period before, green when it went up and red when it went down. Click the link again to close it.

Everyone in your workspace sees the same list, and editors can change any link in it. See [Build it with friends](https://linkstudio.link/docs/build-it-with-friends/).

## Link actions

Open a link’s **⋮** menu, then click an action or press its key.

| Action | Shortcut | What it does |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Overview | O | See the link’s clicks today, yesterday, the last 7 or 30 days, and all time. |
| Edit | E | Change the name, destination, comment, folder or icon. |
| QR code | Q | Download or style the QR code. |
| Duplicate | D | Make a copy with a new short link. |
| Move to folder | M | Put the link in another folder. |
| Delete | X | Delete the link. |

> **Tip:** Double click a link to edit it.

## Organic links

Once you verify a domain or add an app, **Organic links** appears under **All links** on its own. You don’t make these. They are the people who reached your site or app without one of your links, like someone who searched for you.

Each row says where they came from: a link with campaign tags made somewhere else, marked **UTM link**, a site that sent them, like google.com or chatgpt.com, or **Organic** when there’s no trace. It shows how many visitors came that way so far and the page they landed on most.

> **Note:** Organic links can’t be edited, moved or deleted, and they don’t count towards your link limit.

## Deleting a link

When you delete a link, its short link stops working for anyone who has it, within about a minute. Click **Delete** in the menu, then confirm.

> **Note:** Delete only links you no longer share anywhere. A printed QR code stops working too.

## FAQs

### How do I see a Link Studio link’s clicks over time?

Click the link on the Links page in Link Studio. A chart opens under it with **Today**, **Yesterday**, **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days** and **All time**, each with the change from the period before. For sources, places and devices, open **Link analytics**.

### Why does a link show more clicks in Link Studio than on my Board?

On the Links page, Link Studio shows all the clicks a link has had so far. Your Board only counts the date range picked at the top of it, like **Today** or **7D**.

### What happens to ad and creator links when I delete a Link Studio link?

They are deleted with it. Link Studio tells you how many go with it before you confirm, and their short links and QR codes stop working within about a minute too.
