# Organizing with folders

> Group links into folders and move links between them.

Folders keep your links tidy. Group them by campaign, by channel or by client.

## Creating a folder

To create a folder:

1. On the Links page, click **+** next to **Folders**.
2. Enter a **Name**.
3. Choose where it sits under **Inside**, or leave it at **Top level**.
4. Pick a **Color** and an **Icon**.
5. Click **Create folder**.

Folders can sit inside other folders, up to four levels deep.

## Moving links into a folder

Drag a link onto a folder in the list on the left. You can also open the link’s **⋮** menu and choose **Move to folder**.

## Editing and deleting folders

Hover a folder and click **⋮** to see its options.

- **New link here** creates a link straight into that folder.
- **New folder inside** adds a folder below it.
- **Edit folder** changes its name, place, color or icon.
- **Delete folder** removes the folder.

> **Note:** Deleting a folder never deletes links. Everything inside moves up one level.
