# Adding conversions

> Tell Link Studio which page or event counts as a sale, signup or download.

A conversion is the moment that matters to you, like a purchase, a signup or a download. Add one and Link Studio counts it on every link.

## Adding a conversion

To add a conversion:

1. Click **Analytics** in the sidebar.
2. Click **Customize analytics**, then **Add panel**.
3. Under **Sales**, click **Add a conversion**. If you already have one, click **Manage**, then **Add conversion**.
4. Choose a **Type**: Signup, Download, Subscription, Purchase or Custom.
5. Give it a **Name**.
6. Pick the **Source** and the **Event** that marks it, like your Order confirmed page or a [moment you named](https://linkstudio.link/docs/page-tracking/#name-moments) such as Signed up.
7. Click **Save conversion**.

> **Tip:** A conversion can come from more than one place. Click **Add another source** to count a signup from your website and your app together.

## Where conversions show up

- On your Board, in the **Pages** tray, so you can add a Purchase card.
- On link cards, ranked by **Converted %** in Winner blocks.
- On your Analytics boards, in the **Conversions** panel.
