# Build it with friends

> Invite your team so everyone sees and works on the same links, Board and numbers.

Invite your team into your workspace. Everyone sees the same links, the same Board and the same sales, and anyone with edit access can change them, so you stop passing screenshots around.

## Working together

A workspace is shared. Everything in it belongs to the workspace, not to the person who made it.

- Everyone sees every link, folder, page, conversion, funnel and Analytics board in the workspace.
- Everyone works on the same Board. Move a card or add a block and your team sees it too.
- Owners, admins and editors can edit anything, whoever made it. If Mia made a link, Jake can change where it goes.
- Viewers see everything but can’t change anything.
- Changes show up for everyone on their own, usually within seconds. Nobody needs to refresh.

Each link shows who made it, so you always know who to ask.

## Inviting someone

To invite a teammate:

1. Click your workspace name at the top of the sidebar and choose **Invite members**.
2. Enter their email.
3. Choose a role: **Admin**, **Editor** or **Viewer**.
4. Click **Send invite**.

We email them an invite with your workspace’s name and logo. They click **Join workspace**, then **Accept invite**, and sign in with that email. Someone new to Link Studio signs up, adds their name, can try Growth free for a month for workspaces of their own or carry on with Starter, and then lands in your workspace. They work under your plan there, and nothing they do counts against their own. Your workspace shows under **Invited** in their workspace menu, and they can still create one of their own on Starter. They can also click **Decline**.

Each invite works once, for that email, for 7 days. The dialog also shows the invite link, so you can send it yourself if the email doesn’t arrive.

> **Note:** Only owners and admins can invite people. Only the owner can make someone an admin.

## FAQs

### What if my Link Studio invite link has expired?

Ask the person who invited you for a new one. In Link Studio they can choose **Resend invite** in **Members**. Each invite works once, for one email, for 7 days.

### Do a teammate’s links stop working if I remove them from Link Studio?

No. Links belong to the Link Studio workspace, so they keep working and stay on the Links page.

### Can I see who changed something in Link Studio?

Partly. Each Link Studio link shows who made it and each comment shows who wrote it. On the Board you see who else is there and which cards they have picked, but the Board doesn’t keep a history of who moved what.
